Book Online
Pay by card using our online booking system. Just find the show you want to book in our event listing and click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button and follow the payment instructions. Your tickets will then be sent as ETickets. Please be aware a £1 booking fee applies.

Pricing

Ticket prices vary, depending on the art form or show/workshop you are booking for. All prices are listed on the event page.

Concessions

Discounts (priced in brackets) vary from show to show. Generally, they are available to children, students, unwaged, over 60s, under 26s, disabled patrons and their companion. Occasionally discounts are unavailable for events organised by outside organisations, for which we are the ticket agent. Where applicable, Multi-Buy Discounts only apply to an equal amount of tickets bought across the stated number of events.

Refunds

We regret that we are unable to give refunds. If an event is sold out, we will try to resell unwanted ticket/s. If your tickets are sold on, an administration fee of £1 per transaction is charged for this service, and we will credit your customer account for you to use against a future purchase.

Our Box Office Phones (01476 406158) are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

In person tickets can be purchased from the Guildhall Arts Centre or Stamford Arts Centre.

Gift Vouchers
You can buy a Gift Voucher for any amount you require from the box office or online here.

Having difficulty accessing your new online account?

If you have booked for an event at Stamford Arts Centre over the phone, or in person, but not online before, you will need to create a new password. To do this you need to follow the instructions on the account login page by clicking on the 'Reset here' link (see below).

After following the instructions to reset your password, you should receive an automated email with a unique link to change your password. This usually happens straight-away, however, sometimes this could take a few minutes. Please also check your junk mail folder.

When you have changed your password you will automatically be logged into your online account where you can see your purchase history (if any), your personal details, details of any memberships, delivery and billing addresses as well as your data protection and brochure preferences.

Getting in a loop?

If after following the link in the email you are finding that you are getting stuck in a loop, this may be down to your browser's cookie settings. You gain full access to all of our website's features (plus a great many other websites) you will need to check your browser's settings are not set to block the domains: stamfordartscentre.com and/or system.spektrix.com.
